Gratitude and Thankfulness!

So the Thanksgiving holiday is over, family have gone home, and I'm just thankful for another year to enjoy being with my loved ones. We not only are thankful for family and friends, we celebrate our gratitude for the relationships and connections we have. Coming together for this traditional holiday is symbolic of this gratitude.

During this Thanksgiving holiday it's important to remember to live in gratitude and joy!

Living in gratitude is important because se how we perceive the world is largely based on our mindsets and world views. This is not to say that living in gratitude will solve your problems, but rather give you a new way to look at them. Being aware of your paradigms is key to a more positive approach to life.

During this Thanksgiving holiday, it is important to stay grounded and be aware and grateful of our relationships with others.

It's equally important to express this gratitude to the people in our lives who are important to us. This is important because Thanksgiving is about belonging and gratitude.

Ways to express your gratitude during this Thanksgiving season are:

• tell people that you love them
• tell people that you are grateful for them
• maintain a mindset of gratitude
• be conscious of the things you may take for granted

So during this holiday season, keeping a mindset of gratitude in your life is a fulfilling way to celebrate and should be carried on throughout the year, not just during the Thanksgiving Season!
