Hey Sharon sounds like you are causing me to increase my potty breaks 10 fold lol. Thanks for the advice. One thing I would add though is that the quality of the water is also important. Many of us do not have access even at the municipal level to the best water. Bottled water is what we have to resort to which I sometimes I wonder if it is the best for me. Any thoughts?

My first thought is climate change/global warming which is a blog all by itself.
I agree bottle water is convenient and costly! Therefore, I believe the best option is municipal itβs always available and free (? water bill). And can be purified by the following methods:
*Boiling water π¦ is easy & reliable.
*Iodine solution, tablets or effective. *Chlorine drops kills bacteria (not for drinking).
*Perhaps a water filter.
The end result , we need water to live our best life.
