Although the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) declared Covid-19 a pandemic it caused the world to re-imagine the way we work, socialize,and travel. Me and millions of people went from working in a brick and mortar to working remotely from home or creating a home base business to survive.
HAPPY ME
It's peculiar how PHRASES like "Thank God it's Friday" was important when I was working in the corporate sector. Of course, I would find myself makings a joyful noise on"Hump day Wednesday" because I was 48 hours away from my weekend fun. You know Rest & Relaxation. As, I create my own work schedule, I see things differently.

Yes, I see things differently! working from home is great. I am enjoying every moment, that sometimes I just grin from ear to ear, having the ability to set my own schedule, stress free, the flexibility to run errands as needed, the comfort of having a home office, and I am no longer limited to a two-week vacation.
FREEDOM
The biggest reality check was I had the freedom to finish writing and publishing my first book on Amazon. As well as, the freedom to pursue other passions from freelancing to a couple of side hustles.
Equally, important, I am spending more time with family, friends and participating in social events via zoom (until we reach herd immunity).
Life is good !
