Living a healthy lifestyle is essential for our mental health.
We are unique and different, so everybody has to discover what steps contribute to their physical and mental health.
We can often think that for a healthy lifestyle, we need to have a lot of money, but often, we just need to change our daily routines and find places for the crucial steps for our health.
For me, the following steps are very significant:
1) Getting up early
2) Meditation
3) Drinking a lot of tea (strawberry tea)
4) Getting out in nature
5) Getting a lot of sunshine
6) Physical activity
7) Going to bed early
Keeping a healthy work-life balance is especially important if we are mums. Since I became a mum, I have spent much more time outside doing physical activity thanks to my little one, who needs a lot of physical activity and time in nature.
I feel lucky to live on the South Coast of England so we can easily reach the best beaches and seaside towns, which are perfect places for us to spend a lovely day at the weekend enjoying the beautiful sunshine that always multiplies my energy level.
