I'm celebrating the timing of this sale today, because I have been working so hard, and had been growing weary in the waiting for the signs that someone is actually interested in my niche topic.
I know that trauma recovery is a very specific, long-tail niche, so the fact that someone out there has a shared interest in recovery has sparked new courage for me to keep writing, producing, and trusting that my perspective can be helpful for others.
Harsh life experiences that need recovery efforts have a way of sobering your perspective on life, and some days, the heaviness of that truth is more weighty than the underlying joy of therapeutic breakthroughs, so it is VERY IMPORTANT to celebrate every single "WIN" along the way!!
The upside of recovery is celebrating the Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs) that help balance the pain that is the hallmark of childhood adversities.
Parties and family time and a healthy social circle are the best medicine for those engaged in a healing journey, so this message is a GREAT REMINDER for ME to remember to celebrate my victories!!!

My tired body is leaning into the more somber side of my writing today, so I plan to take a break for some housekeeping, laundry, and walking with Bella to renew, refresh, and regain the joy of the digital work I love so much!!!
I have many, many stories to tell, and they are filled with life lessons that have changed my life for the good, so this is my reminder to engage in the self-care that will maintain the balance it takes to do the long-term work that is my wheelhouse.
