Have you ever asked yourself, "Who am I and what am I doing here?"
I have found out a few things that need my attention. My most aggravating habit is that I procrastinate seriously those things that the normal woman, wife, and non-mother in my house would have at the top of a To-Do list. I love doing for friends and rarely procrastinate doing things for them (like painting a birdhouse, making a piece of jewelry for them to use as a gift, or helping a sewing friend bind that quilt she just made or just plain being honest: I have to make our phone call short -or- I just do not have a free moment to help you until....(.and then I am all yours).
OMG....am I really and at my age, sounding and acting like a "newbie" who is really retired from one career and beginning another? Who am I, really?
Like the description of a new affiliate "chasing shiny objects" that are really another form of procrastination? Am I avoiding acknowledging my need (lack of experience and knowledge) for help ??

So, to avoid uncomfortable confessions, I am spending hours searching the internet for those offers of videos or pdfs that magically, was it instantly(?) make me a success for only $97 ? ( Sure they all can be returned for a refund within 30 days. )
Facts: My husband asked me today how many ink cartridges I use in a month.
Fact/reality question: Do I want to be that online marketer/seller who gets a whole day worth of effort returned? Who am I and where am I headed?
(Although I dislike this expression: it comes to mind as fitting..."Can't put lipstick on this pig!" ) LOL Humor can be really comforting when one realizes her truth and it isn't a pretty picture. And another fact: the bank is not impressed with cosmetic coverups. OMG....
Am I beginning to add up some serious bills on Paypal? Do I hoard more notebooks full of my research method/results (printed and unread) than I care to confess in writing.? Oh, by the way, this detail as I put it down on paper (uh, oh, how many reams of printer paper have I gone through in this month?).
Last question: is it my guilty imagination or is the shelf holding all my notebooks of "research" beginning to sag just a smudge?? LOL Of course not....huh?
Now! I am not going to continue this blog/confession! But, we all do realize that we live in an alternate universe once in a while. My alternate universe is beginning to remind me of denial..
Well, I asked......Who ... and what am I doing...? It is nearly 1AM...... I have to go now and make my list for tomorrow. Yeah, yeah, yeah.... I won't forget to prioritize...duh.. I just shut down my computer. Last fact: I need more ///ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz
