Well deserving US Masters Champion 2017

After watching the US Masters today it proves that if you keep trying, eventually success might come your way.
Sergio Garcia won the 2017 US Masters today, which is his first major golf tournament. He finally succeeded after playing in the majors for the past twenty years. Sergio has been called the greatest player to never win a major. He finally got rid of that tag with a playoff victory over Englishman Justin Rose today.
Before this event Sergio had 22 top 10 finishes, 12 top 5 finishes and finished runner up in a major on 4 occasions. He now has a victory, and it happens to be the US Masters which is one of the most prestigious golf events to win.
Well done Sergio!!!

They played some great golf down the stretch. The display of sportsmanship between Garcia and Rose was inspiring.
Now that's tenacity, it proves anything id possible if you stick to it!
This reminds me of when tennis player Goran Ivanesovic won Wimbledon in 2001. He too finished near the top of Grand Slam events on many occasions in a long career.
