Any Disabled WA ers?
Just wondering if there are any disabled people here in WA? I have been out on disability since 1995 (when I was in my late 20s). I learned how to hand code websites and design simple graphics (Photoshop 3) .For a short I was starting a good business doing websites in my rural area. My health got quickly worse with the strain of working and hustling and meeting clients - so I only lasted a few months. Not enough time to make a profit.
Fast forward 20 years and I am trying again to work online. Boy have things changed with websites ! It's nice but it's also overwhelming.
I have an online friend who's an influencer and she's asked me to write a guest post for her website about being disabled and working on the internet. What I am thinking about is talking about my story -- I am at the beginning of my journey to success. Plus perhaps a few other peoples' stories, if you are further along in your journey than I am.
I don't know if a link to your website will be allowed yet. But that is what I will be asking for. Or you can be completely anonymous if that's what you prefer.
Please let me know if you would like to participate. But FYI I am having shoulder surgery tomorrow so I may be a bit tardy in responding over the next few days.
Thanks for reading.
Cindy

if you are requesting WAers to send you their websites, just say: 'PM me with your website'
I'm not disabled but always willing to help.
Wish you good luck tomorrow on your shoulder surgery.
What ever I can do to help you be glad to do it. Yes I am disabled in more ways then one. LOL. There are quite a few of us on here. This is a good place to supplement our disability or to make a full time income working at home. Just send me a private message and let me know what you need when you get back
Awesome ! LOL I have always had a hole in the head. Probably was what led to me rodeoing when I was younger and now needing shoulder surgery because of that.

Best wishes for your surgery tomorrow. Take care of yourself first. All of this good stuff will still be here when you come back around. :)
