AIRPORT in CROWD

So, I posted this on my website, but thought it would also be a good blog here in the community. It seemed so on facebook, and I was enlightened by the response.

Danger following crowd(s), and they will hardly separate you from your competition – nor the wheat from the chaff – as they say.

Your competition is your niche and like airport in-crowd(s) they will follow you to the baggage area, or to the end of time if that is where their bags are. I always say, too much baggage on your journey is unnecessary. On the other side, if you are not doing something unique and different from the masses, perhaps you too will end up where everyone else is – in the baggage area – just waiting.

No doubt that you will have to be creative and different ...if you are trying to get ahead. The magic is…how do you do that? Well, it's not so easy, but really it is.

We must think outside of the BOX. And how do we do that? WE STOP DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND EXPECTING A DIFFERENT OUTCOME. The different outcome never happens, but for sure, it never happens when one is following the same crowd and not being unique while learning from the pitfalls. If they are waiting for a winner, it might never be there. WHY!! Because they have ended up in the baggage area at the airport in-crowd – just waiting.

Obvious, that is somewhat of a metaphor, but surely, we can see the malfeasant of the formula

Another thing, when you go along to get along, you can bet you will be going along in the same direction as your competition where the crowd may be overcrowded. You have to be unique.

THAN ONE WAY TO SKIN A CAT

YES!! I know, a cat is supposed to have nine lives, and I am not interested in skinning a cat. But it really isn’t true that they have nine lives either. When it is time for the cat to die, he’s gonna die, and the nine-life thing will be debunked.

The cat scenario is no different than your business, and if you are trying to get nine life's out of your business doing the same thing repeatedly…well, as I said before, if it is not working, you “gonna” keep getting the same losing results. My friend, that is not rocket science to understand.

So, HOW MANY lives DO YOU HAVE? ONE!! Did you hear me? ONE. Let’s make it count.

Now that you have the message, let’s examine some of the many models that are possible for a business to grow.

1. You need something to sell, and…

2. You need someone to sell it to

[My only point here is in the name. Contacting someone by their name – and I know you can’t imagine it now – but it is like a song in the receiver's heart - good or bad. People like being called by their name, and this is what emailing does when you represent them by their name. It’s them and no one else.]

LET’S ASK OURSELVES

• Is email marketing a good thing or bad.

• Will tools like this work in affiliate marketing

• Are there pros and cons with email marketing

• Should you be using email marketing

• Have the cons got you looking the other way against this tool

• Will you use this tool if it brings you an advantage?

Of course, the questions above never end in any of the businesses of competition. The social and internet market is wide open though – and there are ways to get your piece of the pie. Of course, the only way to get your piece is to GO AFTER IT WHEN IT’S THERE – AN ENTIRE BUSINESS MODEL CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Can I get some feedback on this page-post? I just want to make sure I am getting better, or worse. Sometimes, you just don't know for sure - when you are still learning to build a proper social media website without some of the fringes you are not interested in.

Hi Clarence! I glanced your post and instantly recognized a few things that could be improved in my opinion:

-The slug of your URL is very long, It should be as short as possible while containing your main keyword. It's not apparent what your main keyword is but lets say it's airport in crowd. I would shorten the slug to /airport-in-crowd. This is important for SEO.

- You write in very long paragraphs and don't use titles. Use the standard template in SiteContent so you have at least 4 to 6 titles. I also recommend using really short paragraps, a sentence or two. This is easier to read and the current trend of writing online. I know it's the exact opposite of regular newspapers or scientific publications.
