Did you cancel billing in your account

Scroll down to the subscription setting and cancel the billing there.
I would also go to your PayPal account and cancel the subscription there as well.
If you haven't received a reply to your private message, I suggest that you contact Kyle by email:

P.S. When you say you are being spammed daily, you may not have turned off notifications in your account settings. You can completely control what emails you receive. Turn notifications off and you won't get them anymore.
Why is Karl n Carson not responding .? But are still billing my bank acct 14 days later? I thought it was a simple matter I've been sick and cannot do this. So I need out NOW and m
They did the same thing to me. I cancelled and they billed me anyway. I never even went on the site except for the initial joining and then cancelling. I plan to contact the Attorney General's office for Consumer Protection and file a complaint.
