How Do You Deal With Frustration?

Hi again Everyone

Have you ever had one of those days when nothing seems to go right, when everything you try to do throws up more problems, and you seem to be getting nowhere fast?

How do you deal with that?

Well, you can either throw a tantrum and storm away, or you can try to work out your problems logically!

For a start, don't let the problems pile up - if the first problem isn't sorted out, then it is obvious that more problems will appear. Conversely, when you manage to sort out your original problem, then hopefully you will avert future problems in that area.

So how can you sort out that problem when you really don't know what to do?

Probably the first thing to do is to look back over the training module which applies to what you are trying to do. Very often you will see an important part that you somehow managed to overlook, and that is the answer to your present problem!

If that doesn't give you the answer, then try typing up your problem into the question bar, and see what comes up. Again, the chances are that your answer will appear there.

However, if you still have not found a solution, then ask a question of the community using the question bar. Whilst you are waiting (hopefully) for an answer, why not take yourself out for a walk in your favourite place and maybe ponder your problem there. I have found that very often when you are in the countryside away from all distractions I very often get a "light bulb" moment!

If that doesn't work, there is a very good chance that by now your question will have been answered by some kind person within the community and you will at last have your answer.

But in the unlikely event that you are still grappling with your problem then, depending what the problem is, you could send a private message to Kyle or Carson, or to one of the many experts in the field you are struggling with, who are within WA.

I'm quite sure that by now you will have your answer by using one of those methods, but if not it is probably time to "go back to the drawing board" and approach what you were trying to do from a completely different angle!!! I do know that I have never yet failed to find my answer with the help of one of those methods.

Never give up, try to keep a positive attitude, never give in to frustration, and there is no doubt that you WILL find a way!
