As I'm new to WA, this site may have already been discussed, apologies if this is a double up!
If you're a little out of your depth like me when it comes to graphic design, don't despair!
there's a great site called Fiverr (https://www.fiverr.com/) where you can outsource a whole heap of stuff (not just graphics), including custom banners for your website or social media pages and can be done very cheaply.

I can't say that I've used them yet, but I've heard good reviews and will try one of the graphics freelancers for my website banner in the next few days.
