Excitement turns to frustration

So level 1 lesson 8 and IDK.......that video went so fast my head is spinning. I know I have to watch it again, maybe a few times. I just don't see how it's going to relate to my vision of my content......but again........PATIENCE!!!!......I'm always getting ahead of myself and sabatoging what I'm doing right now. Have to remember that eventually what I need will be taught. But this part is so confusing got to watch it several more times and do it at the same time, like I have been. Just feel overwhelmed. One step at a time.
