Acquiring a domain name is just like acquiring a "patent"!

Hi there folks,

Before I end my day, I would like to share my personal experiences with the community, recently I've just created my very FIRST domain name for my niche site and I notice it has the exact definition of companies/brands acquiring their respective "patents" which is deemed necessary for their products/services provided by the company, as it is so crucial, and everything just has to be done right during the inception of the website, which is of course, the "branding" for my "online company" patents (website domain name) which is essential and crucial during the early stages.

This came across my mind while I was refining my first few niche websites that I will be working on from NOW onward, usually successful companies/brands are very aware of these "patent" issues, or should I say the timeline involved during acquiring these vital "assets", one of the greatest examples are the never-ending patent "battles" between tech giants like APPLE & SAMSUNG whereby their legal team will be constantly dealing with all the lawsuit filings of "stolen" or "disputes" in their technology, for the ever-evolving smartphone manufacturing industry. In my opinion, this sort of issues usually happen while THEY are busy building the company and brand but overlooked on the ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS of the company/brand asset.

Perhaps, these are my first steps towards my IM journey which should be wisely taken care of to create an authoritative website, just like building any kind of career/business, each step should be taken wisely prior to achieving the expected results that we have always wanted (still craving for more "AHA" moments to arrive while optimizing my niche sites)
