The text you've chosen for the header is definitely alright, but as far as I'm concerned the image is completely wrong. It is too dark and negative - choose something that depicts the human mind instead, preferably with a certain degree of optimism to it.
Hey Simon thanks so much for replying. I definitely agree about the image it's just that that was the best pick from free available stock photos I saw.
Hopefully in the next couple weeks I'll purchase a good paid photo as most free stock photos look really cheesy. So if you ever happen to revisit my site and the headers the same just know that I will be changing it soon it's just that cash is really tight at the moment.

Hi Chris, I liked your site so much that I stayed for a while and left you a comment too. Well done, it's great. I like the title but the image on every page meant that I have to scroll see the start of the post. Could you make that a bit narrower?

There may be a way of changing it but I think you have to know a bit about code, and I'm not up with changing the css. However I could change the theme altogether which I might do in the future.
