Finally a human officer talks to you from the bank
nowadays when you call the bank, you will be talking to chatbot, answering machine and so on.
now it is even worse, with AI, you will be talking to AI voice and so on when you call the bank.
MY own experience tells me that when i call the bank it takes about 7 minutes answering all the choices in the answering machine before you finally talk to the human.
Even that human you finally talked to is not the right department you want to talk to.
can you imagine how frustrating it is when you have to listen through all the press 1 for this press 2 for this even voice of ' we have recently updated our telephone system, so please listen carefully and make your selection correctly"
however all these changed when you owe the bank money, and they start chasing you for money, then suddenly the officer you want to talk , call you almost everyday to chase for money.
and now you get human to talk to you finally!!!
So, the moral of the story, if you want to talk to bank officer, just late in your payment.

Certainly with you here Teo.... I have been trying to talk to an actual human for the last couple of months here after my bank of choice (HSBC) was taken over by some... well bank I had never actually heard about before...
Now my direct debits I had in place before no longer go through and they want to charge me more for missing payments on time when I actually have more than enough scratch in the bank.....
It's money beneath the mattress again for me until this is sorted!!
