Hello everyone!
Hello WA community it has been a while since I was last here. I have learned a lot from the past mistakes and the lack ot taking action when we say we will.
Discipline is key in our daily lifes to ensure we take action. I have been very guilty of allowing life to get in the way of stopping me moving forward. End of releationship, removing toxic parents and getting back in shape have all been key distractions over the last two years for me.
What Changed!So last year 2023 I was in a position twice where i ended up flat broke and could not afford food to eat which was a hard enough situation. Then in my job at the time I was being picked on and stressed by a boss who always wanted more and more but when I asked for more money it was a simple sorry we can't offer that at the moment.
So for me something had to change so I sacked my boss and found another job to pay the bills for now. Also I downgraded my accommodation from a house to renting a room only. This allowed me to afford to pay for my WA platform for the next 12 months and have satbillity in learning as well as earning. As we are now approaching my second month back here I have managed to publish 20 articles and 12 are now Google indexed and over the next 30 days I will aim to publish a further 30 articles to really build a solid foundation to allow me to one day do this full time.
Goals!
So in with the massive challenge to build content and a site to sell products I have come to understand that there is no shortcut for hard work. Yes no blueprint that you can earn huge amounts in cash by working 2 hours a day (perhaps that's later down the line).
My goals are simple to build one site at a time and have it making me at least the income from my job to do this full time moving forward. A challenge and a great fear at the same time. Im almost 44 and have awakened to the fact that I have been chasing and not attracting for many years now. So time to attract what I want through helping others as well as getting that home I want to buy next.

Thanks for the message. Yes it has been a difficult shift to make but when I looked around I know that somthing has to change in order to get what I want from life. I know a house will come again soon. But even better to build an online business when I have been told its just a dream will be amazing to prove them all wrong.
I have followed you too as Im sure I will learn something along the way as well.

If i'm honest its not easy as I do feel like i§m in a dark room and cant see the way out. But I have kept consistent and published two articles today as I had yesterday off.
Also some more training and I had a beer with you as well so its been a good weekend.

In my experience, I have found that consistency is key. Although it may be difficult to downgrade to a room from being in a house, it will give you more time to focus on building your online business.
One thing is for sure, the Wealthy Affiliate training works, we just need to take action.

Thanks for the message. Yes I would agree with you consistency is the key to it all and doing what we may not feel like doing on any given day. I really don§t ming the downgrade as it was the only way to pay for my WA for the year and if I§m honest it has really given me purpose, drive and my reason why once again.
The training works if followed to the letter and I am starting to see that now with my new site.
I have also started following you as well Roy as I do believe in learning from others as we all want to succeed on here.

I always think it's good and important to have a purpose, Craig. I believe that we should be able to wake up in the morning and have something that we can get our teeth into. If we're not keen to get up in the morning, it probably means we are not doing what we should be doing.
We do have to remember that any business takes time, whether it's online or offline. For some reason, it appears that many people expect to be able to make money overnight online. However, we have to be real and remember that we have to work; the good news is that it's possible to make money online!
