Covid -19 reflexions

How to tell you about my mood after more than 40 days of confinement. You must rely entirely on those around you to accomplish everything you do yourself outside of the house. You are no longer allowed to circulate freely because you are over 70 and you are more subject than the younger population to catch the Covid19.
You work every day on building your website and it occupies you for a moment but come the moment when nothing interests you anymore. You space the moments when you work on your site and you question the relevance of working for nothing because your site earns you absolutely nothing.
How to stay motivated in these moments?
How can we continue to believe that it will improve?
How to continue to believe that it is coming?
To the people in my age group who are confined, how do you react to this isolation?
How do you stay interested in what you do?
It took me a long time to write this article because I don't want to sound like a complainer.
I thank life for all the benefits it gives me. My health is relatively good, I eat well every day and have a good bed every night.
I realize that many people do not have what I have and I thank the universe for it.
I believe that writing these few words will ease my anxiety and allow me to get back to work.
What do you think?

You bet, and it will help grow your positive attitude as well, Claude! Regardless of what is going on around us, each new day is full of opportunity, we must remain positive and reach out and grab them!

Thanks for sharing!

Jeff

Thanks for sharing your thoughts today.

This has been a challenging season for many and we have all had different ways of handling it.

We have just finished our fifth week of partial lockdown here in Australia.

Today we are having some restrictions lifted and that will enable us to move around a bit more.

Taking regular breaks and doing something different (reading or encouraging others here in WA) helps my motivation levels rise.

Yesterday I got to the beach for a brisk walk and it made all the difference.

This has been a good season of growth for me and it has made me realize the things that are important in life.

I wish you all the best.

Darren :)

You are not alone.
Take a deep breath, and know that it is okay to take a break. Sit outside if you can and listen to the birds with a cup of coffee or tea. Let the sun hit you in the face.
I too have had some issues with creativity and feeling like I am doing it all for naught. But today I went hiking for a bit. Vitamin D is so important.
You got this and I am sure there was a reason you started this journey. So again, breathe and this too shall pass.
