Having a Blast in Wealthy Affiliate Land

I think it is time for Christy and I to check in with you all and give an update. This is good for us to do because after eight weeks, it is hard to keep perspective on how far we have come. First of all, you are just an incredible group of friends and support for us. We were drawn to Wealthy Affiliate by many things including the support, but this community was undersold and it surely has overperformed.

We are so happy that we made this choice. We came in here really knowing nothing and now we are indexed and ranked with 7 of our keywords. I didn't know what a keyword was just a few weeks ago. Our vocublary has expanded to include things like "widget" and "back link". I didn't know the difference between a post or a page or a website. I now even know what they mean and how to use them.

It has been hard work and at the same time it has been one of the most enjoyable challenges that we have ever undertaken. The process of putting this together has stretched our intellects and we have hit numerous roadblocks but determination has paid off.

I think we have a pretty good website. It will get better over the next few weeks, but we are already planning our next website. For now, we are concentrating on this first one for probably another two weeks and then go into maintenance mode with it.

I look forward to writing many more post for it as the weeks go by for our site.
