i go directly to GSC all the time. Just one thing. I tried the site:affiliatemarketingforleaders.com and it didn't work for me.
In the past I remember entering something like this and it did work. I must be missing something here.
If you can see what I am doing wrong, please let me know.
Cheers.

I’m on my phone currently but I’ve just tested your site and it is working correctly and you do have posts indexed.
Just checking, did you enter it as a Google Search?
I looked at your posts through Google Search and found a whole lot of your indexed posts, 8 whole pages actually.
I agree with using Google Search Console and the URL Inspection tool, however, I do not and will not use the Google SiteKit plugin (at least yet anyway), as it is still new, buggy and sluggish for websites. I prefer to go directly to GSC rather than via the plugin. But yes, as long as you have your GSC configured and with a Sitemap in place, using the URL Inspection will vastly speed up indexing for you. I use it for all pages and posts once published for my own sites and clients sites.
Hi Chrystopher, thanks for this. I feel like I should have it set up but don't remember doing it. Do you know if there's a recent tutorial on GSC configuration and sitemap? I can only see older ones.
Just Google, "how to set up google search console" and the first article will be a tutorial. Good luck.
Like I mentioned in another post, use what works for you. When I use it I have had no issues and I have been using it for a couple months. If I do have any issues I will just go back to the other way and uninstall Site Kit.

Hi, thank you for sharing. Good info on how to set up Google Site Kit, and how to use it 😊.
I had on all of my websites, but have de-installed the site because it impacted the performance on my sites very, much. The websites became slow and sluggish.
I use GSC and the URL inspection tool as Edward an Chrystopher do, which works a lot better for me.
