What To Do When The Mind Goes Blank Or is Stuffed With Chaos

I think many people can find themselves in situations where the brain becomes empty of ideas, or is filled with so many ideas at once that it just feels like one big chaos. It's a big frustration for sure.

So what to do when your mind goes blank? I'm sure there are countless tips and tricks to get back to creativity, but I'll share with you what really works for me.

When I struggle with concentration, ideas or feel that my creativity is failing, there is one thing that works every time. I dress up in hiking clothes and hurry out and into nature. The fresh air and nature works wonders for the mind.

My dog, Sandra is perfectly fine with this, as she gets twice as many walks :-) Today I had one of these days. Everything just felt impossible - Too many ideas and thoughts created chaos in my mind.

I took my princess Sandra for an extra walk, and what do you know, it worked once again! I sorted out my thoughts, and picked out two topics I want to develop further. So now I can start making two new articles for my site :-D

Nature, the fresh air, movement - It works wonders, and can only be strongly recommended if creativity feels low or the brain is crammed with chaos.

As long as you stay busy is key, but it also doesn't hurt to take a break or two either!

A friend of mine would take "staycations", just doing something local, and he was hugely successful! You've created your own mini version. Excellent idea!

Yes I do the same. I try to get a 5 mile walk as many days as possible.
