And I'm Back on Track

Finally, I'm on the trail of something great again.

On December 14, I decided to narrow down my niche. I think I have come a long way since then already despite a lot of overtime work at the hospital, as well as Christmas and everything that goes with it.

Now my good hiking friend, Sandra the Ridge and I, have been on countless hikes and gained new inspiration. I have created a new website, a new theme and a much narrower niche. I have written two articles so far, but I have a sea of new ones that are burning to be conveyed.

It feels so incredibly good to finally be back again. The air went out of me for a while, and I felt a little hopeless and irritated over everything I had already accomplished on my first page.

It's time to really start writing again, and I have set new great goals to achieve. I'm so excited.

Note to self: NEVER give up! Get back on the horse, find the creativity and just get started - Because I can do it.

Take care and stay safe

Yes, you can do this!

Sometimes you just need a grown-up time-out to recharge your batteries. It clears your mind, takes stress off your body, and makes you ready to attack the tasks to grow your blog. It's okay to take a day (or a couple of days!) off to rest. That's one of the beauties of working online - your site will be waiting for you when you get back, and it will be just fine in the meantime.

Thank you :-)
Yes, sometimes we all need some time off. I think that's important, and helps with creativity.

Thank you for believing in me. It means a lot.

Take care and stay safe.

Hi Cathy, glad to see you are back again with a new focus. I think Sandra the ridge is good company.

All the best,
Michael

Thank you, Michael :-)

Yeah, me too. It's always me and my precious - Not only when hiking, but also when writing... She's kind of needy :-D

Take care.

What a fabulous companion to be able to take on a hike with you! My four legged friend would never be able to do that. Peggy the Pug prefers naps and snacks to hikes but that's OK she's a good girl :)
Glad you're ready to start writing again and have set yourself some great goals. Best wishes to you.
Cheers

Thank you so much, Melissa :-)

You have a Pug? They're so adorable. I love them. A friend of mine had a beautiful Pug, so sweet.

Yeah. It's so great finally being able to feel a bit creative again. It's only one current direction for me now... and that is upwards :-D.

Take care.

Peggy could ride in the backpack, Melissa! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

4

Great idea Jeff!! Sheโ€™d probably have a little nap in there and start snoring!

3

Naaaaw... She's adorable.
How old is she?

3

She's a sweet thing. She is 18 months old. She is fully grown but is quite tiny.

My heart is melting.
I bet you enjoy spending time with that little heartbreaker.

She's very pretty. I've only seen Pugs with brighter colors. I really loved that she's black - Beautiful.

3

Thank you! We've had fawn pugs in the past and they are lovely, but this time we thought we'd go for a black one. They shed a lot less than the fawns which is great because I don't like vacuuming!

3

Yes, indeed! That would be wonderful, Melissa!

4

I can totally relate to that... I really don't like vacuuming either :-D
