I will preface this by saying I suck at creating content. But I have some money wrapped up in stocks that are not really doing me anything atm. Would it be a smart investment

As others have said, what you do with your money is YOUR decision... But hey, guess what, I wasn't born great at creating content. Nobody was. It's just about getting on with it anyway.

Honestly, with all the tools available nowadays (such as Grammarly) there is literally NO excuse as far as I'm concerned.

Hi - nobody here should give you advice on that, it is your decision. Even if you employ high quality writers, there is no guarantee of an early return on investment. It can take several months until your posts are ranked highly.

You would still need to do the research on keywords and advise the writers what exact topics you want them to write about. If you haven't learned what actually works in the first place, then how will you know if you are purchasing articles that will convert to sales?

The best solution is to continue writing yourself, it really does get easier, and hopefully you have chosen a niche subject you are genuinely interested in.

I don't think anyone can advise you on that; you will need professional advice, but blogging at WA, the direction and best practice is to build your blog first and then when you have good traffic and revenue, you can outsource and scale later. I suck at content as well. But the more you write, the more you learn, and you get better at it with time. It also helps you understand the business. So work on some frameworks that can help like top ten lists, best lists, ten ways, etc...I hope that helps.

Why do you suck at creating content? Have you never told a story to a friend or helped someone you loved with a problem? The issue is never that one sucks at content creation it is that they are unsure of their natural-born ability and lack confidence and thus don't give themselves time to practice and hone the skills.

Wealthy Affiliate teaches you to create a ton of content even if you have never written an essay for school, a book report, or told that hunting joke. The fact is it will still take a considerable amount of content before you start making money online so how much are you willing to invest to get started?

I just read my own writing and I feel like it sounds like someone on meth especially compared to the compitition. Lol maby I'm being too critical of myself. I wasn't nessisarily thinking of not doing any more writing on my own. More supplimenting my writing with some people who don't read like they are on bath salts.

how do I upload an HTML file to my website? I keep getting an error saying the file type isn't allowed. I'm attempting to register ownership with Google.

the html meta is the easier way...
but you can upload hte html file..
if you install file manager plugin then upload the file to the top directory then you can verify it that way... just for your info for the future....
phil

What methods are you using to upload the html file? An FTP client?

https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/tutorials/how-to-upload-an-html-file-to-wordpress--cms-36393

Have you reached out to Site Support? I know they can upload the file quickly for you.

I honestly have no idea. so much of this is new to me. I ended up verifying with a meta tag instead.

As the title suggests I already had a site built through siterubix. Now that I have registered a normal domain name is it possible to attach the domain name to my siterubix sit

Hi

You can use the move feature found within your site manager to move you siterubix subdomain to your dot com, when you are ready. It is a simple process.

You would need wait up to 30 days (Kyle's recommendation) for 301 redirects to be completed and for the search engines. After of which you may delete the subdomain however you could keep it for longer if hosting space is not an issue

You can check Kyles training tutorial below

Tutorial

i feel like such a dummy not seeing that. thank you.

Don't worry, it is easy just head to site manager

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites

And click the move button, enter your siterubix and then your destination dot com domain and apply.

Anny issues, submit a ticket to site support

any clue how long it takes to move? my normal domain is showing my site in the preview window but when I go to site it is the blank was page.

I'd submit a ticket to site support, have them check up your site.

ticket submitted. just waiting now.

Thank you for explaining that. I am dummy for a blonde lol. That simple.

So very welcome.
