I heard some members here saying they offer comment on the Give and take comment thread and don't get one back in return. You guys have to make sure to leave a link where we can comment on.
It often happened to me that people do not give me their link. So guys make sure to leave a link so we can comment back!
Also, it is good to reply in private to the person, letting them know you posted a comment on their site and the reason for that is that it is very easy to get lost in Give and Take Comment Thread,
