Online and Offline Life Balance: Is It Possible?

Sometimes, it feels harder and harder to keep balance between our online and offline lives. You know, because if you're like me, I earn most of my income online through freelance article writing gigs, but still want to practice my profession.

After all, I did finish that Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and got a license as a registered nurse, and it has to count, right?

So yes, I am here in WA seeking opportunities to supplement my income, because as we all know, freelance article writing work is never permanent (even if I've been doing this for more than 6 years, there is no guarantee), and nursing jobs barely make up for the hard work and dedication you put towards your profession.

And it becomes hard as I still wish to continue nursing, so I had to lessen my hours for my site and here at WA, although I am thankful that traffic is steady and my Adsense earnings since I started May 30th (last month) has already reached $45, I still have to put up the affiliate links properly.

I seriously need motivation right now.

. . . .

So I'm keeping this in mind and hoping for the best!

I hope you guys have great days ahead of you :)

Try to remember to take a break too! :)

I will! Thanks so much :)

Hi Pearl,

Excellent blog! With patience, positivity and purpose we can and will achieve our goals.

Thank you for sharing.

Lisa

Thank you for the reminder :)

You are such a hardworking young girl and you deserve to do well

Thanks so much for your encouragement :)

There are sacrifices to make but you make the best choices you can given your circumstances.....I also wish this would happen faster for me so I can carry on making beautiful artefacts without being pressured to make a living......it's probably why most of us are here. I am sure you will work it out to your advantage Pearl!

I guess so. We all shared that one dream here :) I will definitely keep pushing and doing both but I do have to prioritize :)

Hi Peral it can be hard creating that online-offline balance for sure at the end of the day it is about creating a lifestyle that we are comfortable with the important thing is that it reflects our dreams and goals best wishes moving forward.

Thanks for the reminder, it can get a bit tiring but I will push through :)

I quit work and focusing my time to making this work and finishing my education, but I do have moments when I wish I was back in the spa give facials and skin care education and treatments. :( It can be hard to balance at times. Congratulations on your progress.

Yeah. But we do have to make it work :)
Good luck on your exam! I wish you the best and since our fields are related, I hope we can collaborate on something for our sites in the future :)

Keep it going for you are fantastic, being a nurse is a hard and stressful job and then working online.
I admire you and your talents

Thanks so much, it means a lot :)

It's up to you. For me, I guess the most important thing in life is to do what make you feel happy. If you love nursing, why not continue doing it. But at the same time, you can help more people by creating a website related to your passion as a nurse.. and make passive income from it.

You're right, I will do my best to fit them both in my schedule, as my website and nursing are both very dear to me.

Sounds like a great plan.

Nursing is a hard profession. All the best for your job and your online business

Thank you so much! :)

You are very inspiring! Thank you

Thank you too, for your kind words :)
