Half way point on my 3-week challenge
I thought it would be easier than this!! I needed to get some content on my site so I challenged myself (and anyone else who wanted to try) to write 3 posts a week for 3 weeks.
At the end of the first week, I had written 2 posts and had 2 more stories started. I was on a roll and very happy with my progress. I had been spinning and not getting any work done, so I felt very pleased with myself.
Then a client needed a brochure, and another one needed a logo so I was happy to get some paying jobs in from my clients. Thanksgiving appeared on the calendar and social engagements and extra cooking took precedent, too.
I am still plodding along, albeit slower than I planned. But that's okay. Some progress is better than no progress. And that was my main objective.
How are you doing with your own 3-posts-a-week for 3 weeks challenge?

Not as well as you I will admit. I had doctor appointments a rise so I'm not where I should be but I will do better this month.
Tried and true

That's all we can do when Life happens... try, try again! At least there's no boss to put you in jeopardy for not getting enough done... and some work done is excellent!
Great idea to challenge yourself!
Congratulations on your progress and keeping consistently working on your site and it will pay off in the future.
I truly love how the work we do today can continue to make money for years in the future. It just takes time building the moneyball but like a snowball once you get far enough up the hill (enough consistent content) it literally can take off racing down the hill.
Wishing you much success,
Jeff
Yes, that's what helped me get past my dilly-dallying and get some work done! Not only challenging myself, but holding myself accountable by engaging with my WA family! Thank You All!
Hi! BusyGirl,
Yes, you have been intentionally busy with a wonderful rewarding; congratulate on such achievement for Thanksgiving. Keep going for more rewards to come. Paddle along, and me too.
With your experience, would you help me to check if www.ebettercare.com can be ready for monetization? Please comment/suggest so to push it into its expected orbit in e-marketing sphere.
Have a wonderful day and happy holidays,
James
Excellent site, James. I believe we need enough traffic before we worry about monetizing our sites. It looks like you have plenty of content to get traffic numbers up and monetize your site.
However, I was not able to leave a comment on your posts. We need comments available to engage readers and show google we have a relevant site with relevant information. Some posts, there was no option to leave a reply or comment, on one post it said I had to log in to make a comment.
Open up comments on your pages or posts (see image) and then add your affiliate links!
Hi! Darla,
Thanks, and appreciate your effort to comment and point out what needs to be modified, which I will follow to correct. In WA age, you are much more senior than me so I asked the right person for supporting soul and helping hands.
Continue to watch and push me to advance in e-marketing sphere.
Happy Holidays,
Chin
