Ask Mama Anything Reborn

Ask Mama Anything was my first website. I thought it was brilliant! I styled my blogs as a question & answer type of advice column focusing on love & relationship dilemmas. I was going to be the Ann Landers/Dear Abby of the internet!

I even had an epiphany trying to decide which online dating service to promote, match or eharmony, when my daughter announced her second pregnancy was a girl. Anthem Belle was my first grandbaby, and her new baby sister was going to be named Harmony Elaine! (Harmony E. / eHarmony... are you kidding me?)

Along with life's twists and turns, I had a lot of trouble writing content. The questions had to be edited to include additional details so the answers would make sense, and be woven into a complete story instead of just a simple one-sentence response. It was like having to write two stories for one post. Of course I was making up the questions at first since nobody was actually submitting letters yet.

I was also shy about posting since I worried about the criticism and backlash, which is why I was hiding behind the pseudonym of "Mama." The more I learned about affiliate marketing here at WA, I learned it was better to be yourself and be sincere if you wanted people to believe you and trust you and ultimately buy from you.

After a domain name registry issue, I decided it was time to revamp my site. I am still doling out advice, but I changed my question & answer format into love letters to the world so I can write a single story per post. And upfront and honest as ME! I may get back to promoting an online dating service, but I can also promote WA.

That's how LoveDarla.com was born!
