Hey, everyone

I know it's been awhile since I made a blog here and I am sorry about that. Don't want to get into details but life has been very stressful lately.

Anyways, with my 20th slowly approaching it's time I started looking at my goals and make some serious ones for the new year.

What Have I Done This Year

This year has been focused on building my actual name as a brand. I have gotten my first few clients in terms building websites and I make a few sales on Amazon so I am happy, but my main goal was just to get my name out there as someone reputable.

So I have been doing a lot of free work for people & it has worked! I have gotten quite a few heads turn my way so far.

So My 2017 Goals

This next year will be focused on 2 things. Content creation & converting that content. So I am looking to start making some actual money now.

I know that my way of working isn't the normal way that people have made success here, but I do think that things are starting to pay off for this stuff.

Anyways here are my goals:

My goals

With my main website, I want to focus on quality over quantity. So if it takes me a week or two to make an article I will take that long to make sure that the end result is better than if I made 10 articles in that same time.

I have made my first guest article which you can read by clicking the link. So I am hoping to make at least 10 more guest articles such as this one in 2017.

In terms of traffic, I know that I can rank and I can rank well. My small gaming blog currently get's about 200 daily visits so I know it can be done.

So with my main business site, I am hoping to achieve twice that by having 400 daily visitors by December 2017.

Email marketing is something I have always wanted to do and now I have started. My goals for this is to have my first 100 subscribers by this time next year. I know that getting email subs can be difficult and I am prepared to work that extra time to build my email list.

Next is products. I want to try and create my first product (Within the internet marketing niche) this upcoming year. I have a general thought of what I want to create it's just getting the small details together.

Along with that, I want to open up a small SEO service for small businesses. Remember how I said I got my first couple of clients already? Well, that's what I was talking about.

Finally, the money goal xD Though I want to start focusing on making money it's still the further thing from my mind when it comes to the quality of my website. If you focus on making money then you will quickly give up as time goes on and you still haven't made any.

This industry is a LONG-TERM one. Meaning it could be 6-months or 5 years before you reach the financial income that you want.

My goal in terms of finance is to at least be making $1,500/monthly.
