I find if I don't have a written plan where I can check of my accomplishments, I will miss the things that need to be done. If you also experience some difficulty in staying focused. I recommend that you have a weekly plan for accomplishing your Goals!

How To Celebrate
You should also have a planned celebration for when you do accomplish your goals. Now this doesn't have to be a huge celebration... But it is important.
For example: You want to get 5 new Starter Members and 1 Premium Upgrade this week. When you have achieved that... Tell yourself it is okay to watch 2 hours of your favorite benge show on Netflix.
This is just an example, but you get the idea!
