Help Wanted (Using AmazonAds Campaign With KDP)
Hello Everyone,
I am looking for some guidance.
I put in the time and did the research for the keywords but nothing was happening. So about 2 weeks ago I created an ad campaign to get my products in front of people as I am an unknown in the world of Amazon KDP.
I have made 15 sales so far 😊 (don't get me wrong, I am impressed with this) but my Spend is consistently higher than my Sales.
Is this normal and I just need time for my Sales to overtake my Spend? Or is there a way to figure out what is working in regards to the Keywords and what is not? Or how do I optimize for the best Spend to Sales conversions.
Any help would be extremely appreciated!

It's true that organic search traffic can take some time to build up, especially if you are competing in a crowded marketplace. It may take several months of consistently optimizing your product listings with relevant keywords and high-quality content to see noticeable improvements in organic search rankings.
However, this doesn't mean that you should neglect other forms of promotion, such as paid advertising. In fact, paid advertising can help you get your products in front of potential customers more quickly, while you wait for your organic search traffic to increase.
Ultimately, a well-rounded approach to marketing that includes both paid and organic strategies is likely to be the most effective way to grow your business over the long term.
I can help with listing optimization
Hi Stefan,
Thank you for stopping in and giving your feedback.
I know it will take time for organic traffic, and I agree that a well-rounded approach is probably best especially when starting out.
I am ok with that, but I also do not want to be wasting money either.
Any tips and tricks on how to optimize my listings would be greatly appreciated.
Have a wonderful day!

It sounds like you are on the right track. optimize your advertising using as many mediums as possible, within budget. the slow burn of SEO will take some time. give yourself a timeline including your budget, that can help you to keep focused but not overcommit. keep learning and exploring different methods. basically, testing these out. some will fail, others will succeed. an interesting read that may help you is Expert Secrets, by Russell Brunson. I'm currently reading this but haven't finished and are still skeptical. but certain information may be relevant and useful to you.
Hi Dale,
I am going to check it out. Thank you for the suggestion.
Have a wonderful night!
