One Healthy and Nutritious Meal

Scrambled eggs are a fantastic choice for a healthy breakfast.

If you add vegetables, in my case tomatoes and peppers, some cheese and ham, you will have an excellent and very nutritious meal.

Pretty basic combination but very tasty.

I enjoyed it this morning! 😊
