Hi an account in this case is where you enter your name and email address as a user. If it is the best I dont know but Im quite new here and if you follow the training you will find it is a very good and efficient tool. As a Premium Member at WA you have access to Jaaxy Premium Lite. The other Jaaxy upgrades can be seen after you go to 'Research' at the very bottom there is a green tab that takes you to the options. My opinion is you stick to Jaaxy Lite for now it is enough until you can feel your way around. As far as I know only the Starter pack is free.

If you have maximized everything we have for now, then you could decide if you want to upgrade. As it is it serves its purpose very effectively.
