Question Reguarding The May Offer?

I have a question regarding the may offer. When I click on to the link it goes to the check out page but it shows the $19 dollar offer the 6 month offer and the yearly offer. But not the $299 offer. (when I am logged out of WA). When I log back in the $299 price pops up.
Is is suppossed to be this way? Just wondering thoughts?

No the $299 offer only becomes active for Black Friday,which is in November each year, it is a yearly offer that Kyles and Carson give out as a bonus price, although this year will be the last as I read it
The $299 offer is for now until May 11. Its a special offering. It's like Black Friday but for now.

Just to be clear I'm already locked in to the $299 price I'm just confused when I click on the link (logged out of WA) the $299 price doesn't pop up. I'm assuming that when a visitor clicks on the link the 299 price should be there.
