The WA Community is a Great Place
As a relatively new member of the WA community, I am taking a moment to acknowledge the Training and Tools(Thank you, Kyle and Carson), Site Support, and Help from other Members of this community as Awesome Resources! All have helped in comprehensive ways.
First, the Four Phases of training gave me an in depth foundation for developing a website. Before joining, I had taken a graduate course on website design and created my own website. What is offered in the Training is Superior to what I already knew and self study approaches that I had tried. It is truly Core Training in that I find myself returning back to it and drawing from the information later. My study approach has been to take action, make notes, and return later to concepts, so I can progress in building a successful business. I think of a circle when considering this, it is not linear. Hopefully, this encourages other new and existing members to keep the flow going. Think of it also as running water. I river is does not stop, it keeps moving.
Second, Site Support just helped me when I created a ticket, less then 24 hours ago. They have already resolved a technical issue that I could not solve on my own and honestly felt overwhelmed by. I learned another a couple valuable lessons here, go easy on the plugins and to reach out to the community, when you require help. There is a place to submit Tech tickets under Site Support. I am happy, I did.
Third, Members of the community really make this an enjoyable journey! I really appreciate that I am networking with individuals all over the World! This gives such wonderful perspective and even more expertise! When I have asked a question, there has been a quick response and a willingness to help from someone here as well as a warm Welcome.

That is indeed a good sign that helps to give new people confidence. I always like to try and encourage new members, as it can seem a bit daunting and we first start out. I was actually making money online before I came to Wealthy Affiliate. However, I do like the idea of being around like-minded people and having up-to-date regular training. It helps to keep me in the flow.
Before I joined Wealthy Affiliate, I learnt the hard way, I purchased some terrible scam products, which really did not do what they said on the packet. It took me three years to put my first money making website up, which was actually built professionally, not by myself.
I believe that someone new to Internet marketing could probably learn more in two or three months and what I learnt in three years. This is due to the fact that the training is honest and truthful and they are not trying to create up sells or anything like that.
Don't forget if you ever get stuck, you can ask the community a question.

True Roy, There are a lot of other programs out there and unfortunately they heavily upsell and then often lead you to a roadblock. I am glad this is not the case with Wealthy Affiliate. It appears that many people on the Wealthy Affiliate platform, including myself, have been caught out by scam programs in the past. I literally spent thousands on different programs, trying to find the answers to my questions, but unfortunately, very few of them did!
It's refreshing to come to platforms like Wealthy Affiliate and know that the content and training, is genuine, that is worth a lot in itself!
The Wealthy Affiliate platform has a lot to offer, so I can understand it feeling a bit overwhelming, especially when people are starting out. But you will find your way around as you move forward.
