Free images.
Hello, everyone,
All of us know about an importance of using images in our content, but often people (especially beginners)are getting confused, how to find royalty-free, free of charge images. No one wants to get slapped for breaking ownership rights after developing their sites to success.
There are hundreds of thousands of sites, providing you with free images, but the simplest and fastest way is to find them on Google.
Just type your keyword and from the top of result page select "Images". It will display tons of images and also- additional option to select from at the top.
Click on "Tools"- more options will be displayed.
Click on the drop-down menu "Usage Rights"- from the list opened you may want to select "Labeled for Reuse" or, better yet- "Labeled for reuse with modification". This way you can be sure, that the image you've selected won't put you in trouble.
Please, share your sources of free images.
Kirill.

I recommend being exceptionally cautious about all free image sources:

I have yet to find a free image website that verifies the identity of the person uploading the image, who may well not be the copyright holder, regardless of how the image is labelled.
I always suggest that members get their images from a stock library that provides financial indemnity in the event of a dispute over copyright.
You'll find sites like Stock Unlimited http://www.stockunlimited.com offer $25,000 cover per image, and charge only $9 for a month of unlimited downloads. I think one month should be long enough to snag pictures to cover at least a year-or-two's worth of posting!!
Thank you for sharing your great sources, Richard.
You're most welcome! :)
You'll find most of the major stock libraries that offer indemnity also have offers, for example, Adobe are offering 10 free images at www.stock.adobe.com for new signups, and Dreamtimes http://www.dreamstime.com are offering 5 images for $1, etc.
This makes your variety of choices even greater.
Thank you for the links, here is a 100% free to use images website
