My Non Financial Goals.

Every year around this time, I like to create goals for myself for the New Year. Now that I have joined WA, not only must I set my financial goals, I must also set non financial goals. So, here is a list of 4 things I'd like to accomplish within this next year.

SELF DEVELOPMENT

• Assess my skills and qualities in order to maximize my potential
• Improve my ability to see the big picture and take a longer range, broader business perspective.
• Improve my ability to “command a room” and communicate in an authentic way that inspires others.
• Get a handle on where I’m wasting time and shift my focus to more value-added activities. Learn ways to work more efficiently and prioritize.

CAREER CHANGE

I've been a restaurant server for most of my adult life. However, It's not what I where my passion lies, nor does it allow me to make the type of impact that I'd like to make in the world. Within this next year, I want to be able to fulfill my dream of becoming a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Meanwhile, developing my digital media marketing skills.

Love

I've been single for a long time. Let's just leave it at that.

Travel

There is NOTHING more that I love to do than to discover new places and revisit favorite ones. Due to a lack a funds, I haven't been able to travel the world like I would like to. Within the next year, I want to spend some significant time in these places:

• Las Vegas
• Dubai
• London
• Brazil
• Vancouver
• Japan
• Australia

Fitness

I am a fitness fanatic! I have several fitness blogs on Tumblr, I love to lift weights, and I run a few times a week. However, because of my present job, I've been unable to pursue my fitness goals and have gotten a bit weak. Not only do I want to get back on track, I want to do another 10k run. I'm also hoping to the Empire State Run!
