When I started on WA I knew how to turn on my computer and a little bit about blogging. But one month down the track I now know how little I knew before. And how much I needed to know if I wanted to run a successful online business.
Finding my own niche was easy. I love dogs and have spent years competing in dog sports and instructing. I am passionate about people learning as much as they can so they can be effective dog owners. Hopefully that will go a long way to reducing the large numbers of dogs that are sent to shelters each year.
I can create content. I know the difference between pages and posts. I have even optimized my site for SEO. I didn't even know what that was a month ago or that it was something I needed to worry about. I can find good keywords with the help of the wonderful Jaaxy. I'd never heard of Keywords or Jaaxy a month ago. I can find photos and add them to my blogs AND to my pages. Genius or what? I'm even starting to get ranked... number 1747 at time of writing.
So, in short I now am the proud creator of a solid business foundation. This has all been achieved in the first two courses. What will I know when I've completed Course 10?
