Here are the rich habits that I use for my motivation and focus to achieve what I want from online business:
- Form good daily habits and follow them each and every day.
- Do 30-60 minutes of exercise to clear the mind and concentration
- Do 30-60 minutes reading each morning on self improvement.
- Plan each day's work the night before.
- Begin each day with a list of things I have to do that day.
- Complete 80% my To- do list everyday.
- Keep myself focused on my daily work plan.
- Congratulate myself for the successes achieved.
- Stop myself saying something that is inappropriate ever day.
This is how I keep myself on track and focused on my online business.

Thanks for the tip Benito. I sometime try to make plans for the next day based upon my schedule. Sometimes I end up sleeping in if I don't have to work at my day job. If I don't to all the stuff I plan for the day, then I call that an unproductive day. Now last week I only had 3 productive days. The rest of the week was unproductive days. Someone told me that it's good to sleep evry once in a while. I said if I don't the main stuff I'm suspose to do then it's unproductive. Like Monday was my favorite day. I got everything done I want to get done.
