Here is a quick summary of the steps:
- Add and verify your site with Google Webmaster Tools
- Login into Webmaster Tools
- Select Crawl from the left menu and then click on Fetch as Google
- Enter your new pages' url or leave the box blank to crawl your homepage
- Click Fetch
- Click on Submit to index
- If you only have one page to crawl, select crawl only this url, if you have a number of pages you want crawled, select crawl this url and it's direct links
- Hit the Go button
That's it, your page is now crawled and submitted to the index
