Here is a quick summary of the steps:

1. Add and verify your site with Google Webmaster Tools
2. Login into Webmaster Tools
3. Select Crawl from the left menu and then click on Fetch as Google
4. Enter your new pages' url or leave the box blank to crawl your homepage
5. Click Fetch
6. Click on Submit to index
7. If you only have one page to crawl, select crawl only this url, if you have a number of pages you want crawled, select crawl this url and it's direct links
8. Hit the Go button

That's it, your page is now crawled and submitted to the index
