I've been trying for 5wks. I figured out that, I do most of my work on my iPad & sometimes it can show things a bit different; so when I would copy & paste my G+ URL, it was a bit different; so I got my URL from my laptop, then added the ?rel=author.
Thx to croninweb for pointing out my URL looked wrong, I would have never got this.
I'm going to make my self ,king bah some brownies for a congratulations!!
