A New Year, A Renewed Chance

Hello to all here at WA! I am trying to get back on track towards advancing my website. I have been through some trying months (about nine). I had to concentrate on my family in order to get things right with myself again.

I have gone through almost losing 2 very dear members of my dear family. One had developed pancreatits. Severe enough to almost kill him. He was in the hospital for more than a month and does not remember most of it. I was there everyday of it. He was very near death a coulple of times, but miraculously pulled through.

Another relative, a cousin, was in a severe car accident. A drunk driver hit him just blocks from his home, while he was on his way to work. He had many broken bones and needed surgery. The thing that had us all worried, was the fact that he had just had a kidney transplant the previous year. He is still trying to recover and has started having problems with the function of his kidney. Never a dull moment..Trying to keep his head up has been a challenge.

I have worked in a hospital for 12 years and my family has been relying on me to keep them informed of all of the information and doing so in a way that they can understand. It can be a little exhausting, to say the least.

The drama is still ongoing, but much more manageable. I help when it is needed and keep them informed of the medical side of things.

I have started a new job, one that I can pay the bills with until I can make this opportunity here at WA work. Things are going better in the last few weeks.

I am looking forward to truly making my site work! I hope I haven't bored you with my little tale of woe. Having a little pity party was not my intent. I just wanted to let my friends know I am back and moving forward. With a little...ok, a lot of help from some friends here!
