Hi Paul, I was just pondering the amazing idea that here we all are ... focusing on creating and maintaining each our own separate businesses. We are all interested in helping each other succeed, in sharing our latest discoveries, realizing that there is no need to compete - there is plenty of market out there in the big wide world to go round. No scarcity thinking here - no "trade secrets" ... just pure kindness. Peace in a community of 1.2 million (am I right in this number) Now this is something to celebrate!

Your ponder (lol) is pretty accurate. I'm not sure how many of the 1.2 million are active but yes, that many if not more have been served here through the platform since it was first created back in 2005.

One reason for the success of WA is 'The Community.' Many other business models fail over time because the community within becomes inactive. The community becomes inactive due to the inability of the business model to evolve with change and to stay ahead of the curve.

Did you know that Wealthy Affiliate started off as a Keyword List membership website that offered keyword lists to Internet Marketers in many different niches and nothing more. Wealthy Affiliate members were paying $359.88 per year ($29.99 per month) for this ‘Keyword’ service and received one keyword list per week.

Their business model was based on the following:

1. Anyone can achieve success online;
2. Anything NEW can appear to be overwhelming at first;
3. Very little Technical or Prior Business Experience is required because these skills can be taught and learned; and,
4. Success is a Journey.

WA has come a very long way since 2005 but the foundation of their business model (listed above) and their yearly membership rate remains the same. Pay special attention to number 3 and you will understand what you ponder about WA being a Global Village.

Another major reason for their success is directly related to the secure environment that is provided for the members here. Unlike other social platforms where security can be a major concern, the environment here is under much more control.

I know of many members here that are more than happy to pay the yearly membership fee just to be a part of this community. It allows them to forge friendships and relationships with others from all over the Globe that share similar goals and values.

at first for me at least I thought my thoughts were saying it.

Y'know the mind thinks it said it but, NO! He actually talks to you.

Boy I have some stories to tell you and I know you won't believe it.

My good friend her name is Norma, bless her heart she is gone and past several years ago (7 yrs now) whom I've had the pleasure of working with is gifted with y'know them psychic powers.

One day at work in the morning I was about to clock in she approached me and said, "Frank, do you know an angel by the name of Michael?" Norma is at the time an athiest. ( not a God believer) This happened over 25 years ago.

I said that name sounded familiar. I'm a Mormon but not a practicing one at the time. She said he talked to me. This occurred in the evening 9pm while she crochets, she does every night.

Anyways she had kept the notes and in the chronological order that went on for 3 months.

I know, I know it sounds so unbelievable Julie but if you want to read her transcripts, let me know. This is Michael the Archangel I believe that spoke to her.

I can send you a copy of what was said. The language is sorta bible language maybe you can understand it better than me.
