Are you taking advantage of your "Welcome" messages?
I will have to admit even though I do remember hearing about setting up my welcome messages I totally overlooked this step for some reason.
If you are going through the Affiliate Boot camp and setting your site up to offer WA to the world then I would advise your to not overlook doing this task.
I was very in depth as I wrote my welcome messages and tried to always offer encouragement and that I would be there for them if they need the help.
When you go click on WA Affiliate Program in your left sidebar, and get to that page you will need to click on Messages at the top of that page to edit your welcome messages.

Thanx Beards. I am just at the start of boot camp lesson 2 so maybe this suggestion hasn't come to me yet? I am also thankful because to this day I am not sure who I signed in under : ). I just hit the ground running: ) and didn't realize I may have come in under someone until reading what others were saying. I do wonder who I signed up under so I wouldn't want a new comer to feel the free agent type of a feeling. I Personally didn't mind too much since I was glad to have found my way to WA : ). Exactly! I am in the same boat my friend. I have no idea who I came in under and never got any welcome emails other then Kyle and Carson which is nice. I was a member here years ago also so maybe I came in under the same person and they are no longer here.
These welcome messages are very important to help your sign ups stay connected and guide them into the premium so you can have a better residual as time goes along. We really have to think of ourselves as a consultant helping our client. As they become successful they are more willing to stick it out here and thus monthly residuals for us.
