How to insert a PDF as a freebie in an email message on AWeber.

If you are trying to send a “freebie” to new subscribers to your email list in AWeber, the process can seem unduly complicated. All those steps can get in the way of getting that important document out the door so you can begin to communicate with your subscribers.

But, as they say, “when all else fails, follow the instructions.”

Your life will be a whole lot easier when you do!!

Here are 10 easy steps to help you streamline the process.

1. Create a word doc and format it just like you want it for your new subscribers
2. Export it as a pdf file
3. Save it to a desktop folder on your computer I keep all my pdf’s in a file called PDF
4. Go to your website back office and open the media folder in the dashboard
5. Open Media in back office
6. Add new. You’ll see Upload new media where you can either drop files or select one from your computer files.
7. Select the document you saved in 3
8. Open the document and it will load in media
9. copy the document url to clipboard
10. Goto Aweber campaigns and open the send message “our free report” is inside.
11. In the body of the letter you will see where to insert the url you copied to the clipboard.
12. Add a link in your e-mail message as “Click here”
13. Voila’. When someone subscribes to your list they will get a confirmation email, which tells them when they confirm their subscription, their freebie will be sent right away.
