What a bummer
I'm gonna have to apply for a W-7 form to get an ITIN. Did not know that affiliate places like amazon needed that to give me any revenues. I'm gonna have to wait 7 weeks to get the number..
But whatever, to be successful you have to be patient. In the next weeks I'm gonna focus on putting great content on my website and earn more Google trust. That will give me time to learn more stuff about affiliate marketing so I don't go rushing for revenues.

Hmmm I had never heard about needing this before, and when I checked with an Amazon Associate she couldnt really tell me anything.
Where did you hear that you needed to have this? Definitely something I may need to look into.
I heard that you only need to have this if you are living outside of the US.

Here's a screen shot; when I clicked on the "Tax Information", they requested an ITIN because I'm a US resident but do not have a US citizenship, so a "resident alien".
I didn't know about that at first and it was never mentioned on WA.
Hmm now that is interesting. I do not have that message appear at the top of my account, and perhaps it is because I have us citizenship.
Either way, it is something I will look into so I dont run into any issues down the road, let me know if you find out anything else and I will do the same.

Some states want to collect state sales taxes. I know someone who had to get a seller's license for CA. before she could start her sales online.
