Here is what I think:

I have not looked at that particular tool, but I have seen many others that do the same...

Actually, you can do the same thing without risking having duplicate content on your site, as is sounds like what you would have if using this tool...

Remember that having duplicate content will cost you unless you are a site like BuzzFeed or a curation site that can get away with this...

Most of us do not fall into that category...People looking for that kind of content have their favorite places to go already, a very hard market segment to break into I think...

But there are ways to leverage this phenomenon to your advantage...

My idea would be to just do a search and find the viral content, post some content that further build out and add in an excerpt of the content with citation...

Then use social media to spread the word about your post and reap some of the traffic that comes with the interest people are showing...

I would not rely on this strategy alone because such traffic is fleeting - you get a bump and then little to no traffic thereafter...

Better to mix this up with a healthy dose of content that you have done the research for and know that people are looking for on a regular basis and you can compete with...

I would also measure the response you are getting so you can see if it is working and what is working...You may find that you are wasting your time altogether or that there are certain subjects that work....
