Science or Woo Woo?

What have you heard about Mindfulness? Do you think that there is any sound basis for Mindfulness that has been tested scientifically or is it Woo Woo stuff that people only imagine it doing any good in their lives? A bit on the loony side?

if you know something about it, I would love to hear your opinion.

I am sorry ut I don't call it woowoo more to one is a modern approach to science and another one spiritual believed approach. I did elaborate on both world importance for our health. If unwell, I am always going for a check-up on modern one first and they failed to detect the cause then go for the other approach check-up. Both ways is actually related to one and another, vice versa.

In my opinion, it is all about being balanced as some other time we need to be in both shoes depend on the needs and situation.

Keep our brain working and active while some other time the needs of calmness in peace through your own spiritual believed or moment of the breakaway to the seaside etc from daily noises around us helped. I myself got rotten brain and during the time to recover and giving back the sense and normal the conditions again somewhere in December 2015 by reading enough books of collection for 30 days daily non-stop until it is recovered as of now.

It wasn;t your fault actually and I feel sorry for your own bad experience. To tell you the truth, especially nowadays, those so-called the practitioner is actually more the disqualified one that takes the advantage for their own sole profits and damaging the one that is actually qualified.

No worries, my friend, I have been through myself a lot and I need both type of remedies fo my well-being. :)

I like mindfulness and some evidence MRI found something when
human doing meditation.
