But if another mom posts a quick video saying, "Look, I’ve taken this thing through three muddy parks and two airports, and it’s the only one that didn't get stuck," we’re ready to buy it instantly.We don't buy from the biggest "experts." We buy from the people who live like we do.
The most powerful phrase in the entire world of helping people is simply: "Me too."
People don't see a salesman. They see a friend who has already walked down the muddy path and is reaching back to help them avoid the puddles.
When we embrace who we are, we stop competing with giant corporations. They have millions of dollars, but they can't be a real person talking to another real person over a cup of coffee. Only we can do that.
