The Cover Image is a typical representation of New Zealand farmland. We do also have beautiful beaches and mountains and snow.
Message From the "Hermit Kingdom".
That is the name we have been given in New Zealand with being locked down for months on
end with Covid 19 travel restrictions both within the country and overseas.
Indeed thousands of New Zealanders (KIWIS) have not been able to get back home into New Zealand over the last year or so.
At one stage I did/could not see my family in the next door province for 6 months!
Happy to relate the travel restrictions are now being eased and we can now travel freely within New Zealand.
It has also been announced that visitors and tourists will soon be able to come here and bring some relief and income to our impoverished tourist industry.
So things are lookng up for us Kiwi folk and hopefully we will be able to get back to some form of normality and family celebrations and occassions can be shared again.
Who knows we may be able to just go for a break out of New Zealand for a change of scenery soon as well.
And then maybe we won't need to be called the "Hermit Kingdom".
So that is the biggest and best news from New Zealand at this time.
Hopefully I may be able to meet some of you in your country in the future.
Meanwhile, all the absolute best to everyone in WA and their families.
