I have just been checking out the new tools and features that have been incorporated into WA. When checking site health, I see that my original site, that was transferred to a .com domain, is still active. Should that not have been deleted when transferred from siterubix to my own domain? If it is still active, it would create duplicate content.

You can just delete it, though there are differing opinions on this. Just make sure you have all the information from the first site. I deleted mine right away.
